It has been a little while since I have blogged and am excited to be back. In the past two years, I have grown a little, learned a little, and have definitely been stretched a little. I have been blessed to meet new people, finish a two-year program at The Kings University with a focus on Messianic Jewish Studies, ended an old business while starting a new one, and was blessed to have had the opportunity to be a teacher at my church as I taught on the Jewish roots of the church’s faith. God has been good to me!
I have come into a new season with new beginnings and I feel that now is a good time to continue with my blogging as I share old and new insights along with God’s heart and His timeline for His people. This new place has been a press that included tears and overcoming various fears, but all I can say is BUT GOD! I have the victory and am in my new place because God has been with me like He was with Joshua as he entered into his new season to lead Israel into their new place, the Promised Land. (Joshua 1)
According to the word of God in Isaiah 43:18, 19, He said to forget the former things, nor consider the old things because He is doing a new thing! God has been shifting and moving His people into their places and positions to inherit their promises and to advance His Kingdom purposes. In order to receive the new, we need to first be willing to lay down old mindsets and places so we can enter into our promised land. I will be blogging on this topic soon!
Many of you are on this new journey even as I am typing. I encourage you to keep moving ahead in the Lord and focus only on Him. The Bible said about Jesus in Hebrews 12:2 that the joy that was before Him, (which was us), He endured the cross! Paul said in Philippians 3:13, “This one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth to the things that are ahead.” For when we keep this focus as they did and continue to look to the One who gives us the chutzpah and strength to accomplish His will, then nothing, I mean nothing can stop us! He is faithful to accomplish what He began in you and you will come out victorious!
Until my next post, please feel free to read some of my older posts. You can also go to my “About” tab as you will find my brief testimony and what this blog is all about. Looking forward to the coming days of blogging and please feel free to comment. Let’s move into our Promised Land together in the Lord! Blessings to you and Shalom!
