Hello friends! Happy and blessed New Year! I am looking forward to this wonderful Jewish year of 5776, and our calendar year of 2016. I don’t know about you, but I have been feeling a great shift in the atmosphere. What I mean is, I believe God is shifting His Body, the individual members,  into their places, so we can rule with authority, and release His Kingdom purposes before the great day of the return of the Lord. You can see the acceleration that has come upon us, as well as all the signs that are pointing to our Lord’s return. This is also an important year for our nation. Who we vote for, will determine our outcome. It can either go very well or very bad. God is leaving it up to us to use our authority on earth to be a voice by voting, supporting, and especially praying.

This year of 2016 / 5776, is a significant year according to the Hebrew mindset of God. Let’s start off with the Hebrew letter “Vav”. It has the numerical value of six in it.  The letter Vav means “hook”. See below.

This wonderful Hebrew letter  can be pictured as a tent peg or a stake. Like the tent peg used to assemble the tabernacle with its curtains. It connects and binds things together. Six represents man. The Vav is also known as a straight line from God to man.  It also represents spiritually, the connecting force that binds together heaven and earth, spiritual and earthly matters. Vav is also a picture of Messiah, High Priest, mediator and intercessor between heaven and earth.  So what am I trying to say here? This is the year that we must Vav or stake our claim on our future, by decreeing what heaven has to say, so it can manifest here on earth. God has given us the honor of co-creating and establishing His kingdom here on earth. Our Lord’s great example of prayer is, “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven! I believe we are in a time of God fulfilling the scripture in Ephesians 1:10, that states that in the dispensation of the fullness of times, He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth, even in Him! He is leaving it up to us to enforce His will here on earth, as it is already in Heaven. So what is His will? And how do we help God fulfill it here on earth?

The will of the Father before the return of our Messiah, is the complete restoration of all things, specifically in and through His church, His Bride. Yeshua will not return till this happens. Let’s read Acts 3 :20 -21 together. “And that He may send to you the Christ, the Messiah, Who before was designated and appointed for you – even Jesus, Whom heaven must receive and retain until the time for complete restoration of all that God spoke by the mouth of all His holy prophets for ages past from the most ancient time in the memory of man.” Jesus is being retained in Heaven, until the time for complete restoration of all that God has spoken previously which includes His covenants. Wow!

The question is, what is included in all that needs to be restored? We are looking for the move of His Spirit, with signs, miracle and wonders. We have had revivals, and meetings through the years. We have prophesied and believed God for outpourings here and there as we should. And He has always been faithful to show up and reveal His glory. But God wants full restoration in operation. What does that look like? What is the model or blueprint that He has already given to us in the Bible?  It is the early church and the power that they moved in!  And where did their beginnings come from or shall I say from whom did it come through? A Jewish Messiah and His Jewish disciples.

Most people don’t realize this, but Christianity came from them. In Acts Chp 2, when they received their new covenant via the Holy Spirit, they moved in power with great demonstrations and manifestations. Thousands upon thousands were being added to the church daily. Then another miracle happened and prophecy fulfilled. The Gentiles became partakers of God’s covenant too. Wehewww! (Read Acts Chp 10, Eph 3:6)  This had to make all of Heaven rejoice. Finally, God would have His family together .  Jewish and Gentiles praying together, breaking bread together, moving heaven and earth together, and nations of people were being saved. They were of one heart, and one mind as one army of the Lord. (Ez 37) They were the blueprint and model of how we should be today! Amen?

The early church moved in that power for over 300 years, until the time of Constantine, that brought paganism into the church, and the Jewish Roots out! The glory and the power of God was gone. Just as it was in the day of Ezekiel. (See CHP 8,-11) There was so much paganism back then, that God had no choice but to leave His temple. The church must be restored through the revelation of our Jewish roots.

We cannot walk fully in our new covenant and in the power of the Spirit corporately, until we fully embrace our Jewish roots.  Robert Heidler said it best in his book,  the Messianic Church, “God’s presence cannot dwell in a paganized church! He is calling the church back to it’s roots. He is restoring our lost inheritance! He is calling His church to become the One New Man where Jew and Gentile together feast on the riches of God’s new covenant.” Amen!

If we don’t recognize ourselves in our identification with our Jewish brethren, our Jewish roots, and our Messiah as the son of David, a Jew, then we will never come into our full inheritance as believers. How can the ear say to head I don’t need  you. Or the hand say to the arm, I don’t need you. (Paraphrased from  1 Cor 12:21)  How can we say to Israel who are the executors of God’s oracles, His covenants, His Blessings, and Messiah, we don’t need you or your roots! It was in those roots, that Christianity came from. It was Jewish blood that was shed for you and me. And from them came our Bible.

It is God’s will for One New Man to be in full operation and to be restored to her beginnings. It is our assignment as His Body, to provoke and save the Jews, and the world, and move them into the Kingdom.  It’s time for the Messianic Jews to come full circle and be restored. It’s time for Israel, the people, to return to her land and be restored. Like the Vav, prayer is the connecting force between heaven and earth that brings in your manifestation. It’s time to Vav for our future, and for the Kingdom of God!  Amen!

Shalom and Shalom!!!

Amen! Thank God for your obedience to Him! Being in the right place, and position that God has designated, is aligning the restoration as God had predestined and purposed before we all were formed in the womb. Total agreement in discerning the great shifting to do God’s will and the worldwide One New Man!

Amen Ellen!!! Now is the time for restoration!

By the way, Joel Richardson’s book A Jew Will Rule the World echoes some of what you’re saying.
